Rinstrum Counting Scale

ZF offers the Rinstrum R42x-K402 indicator that is a flexible modular general purpose indicator which is part of the award winning R400 series of indicators. It is available in two IP65 housing types are available: the R420 (ABS) and R423 (stainless steel) each with a high impact polycarbonate lens to protect the LCD from knocks. Both housings are designed with extra attention to detail to increase their reliability in the field, thereby reducing unplanned downtime and servicing costs.

The R42x-K402 has a number of specific features that make it ideal for parts counting applications:

• Support for up to 200 products
• Product IDs along with their piece weights, unit conversions and set point can be stored.
• Piece Counting using a sample or using an entered piece weight
• Reports to print stored accumulation data for each product.
• Built in communications for connection to a printer
• Programmable printing for customized dockets and reports
• The K401 software supports counting with one product.
